Jacqueline Spencer

Founder + CEO

Jacqueline Spencer is an analytical leader who adopts a systematic approach to quickly resolving operational and compliance issues, resulting in a more seamless operation and increased customer satisfaction.​

For the past 30 years, Jacqueline has worked in the aviation industry, supporting flight crews in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. Her ability to anticipate and respond to client needs has been instrumental in attracting and
retaining repeat customers.

Drawing on her diverse skill set, including customer service, communication, workload planning, office administration, and attention to detail, Jacqueline successfully transitioned into the Real Estate sector as a Virtual Transaction Coordinator. In this capacity, she leverages her knowledge of project management to guide Real Estate professionals through the entire process from contract to the closing of property transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.


Jacqueline was able to leverage her project management skills and knowledge of strategic planning to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals navigate the complexities of the transaction process, utilizing her procedural expertise to ensure more accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables.


From loan processing and appraising to notary signing needs, Jacqueline and the Ai Virtual Transactions team are committed to ensuring a seamless transaction process from contract to closing.
